The Air Jordan 1 Mid Crater “Grey/University Blue” is a colorway of the popular lifestyle shoe that uses environmentally friendly materials on its design. From Nike’s “Move to Zero” campaign that places an emphasis on sustainability, the Jordan 1 Mid Crater in “Grey/University Blue” is constructed from recycled materials. A lightweight grey textile is found on the toe cap, forefoot, eyelets, mid-panel, and heel. A light grey version of the material appears on the perforated toe and collar. A multicolor, threaded Swoosh composed of Nike Grind scraps is located on the sides and a modified raised “Wings” logo appears on the collar. Multicolor speckling on the white midsole and a Nike Grind outsole complete the look.
